Frequently asked questions

You can find the latest exchange rates of the major FX pairs listed on the right of our Currency Converter above.

The majority of currency pairs have a standard pip value of 0.0001 and are measured to four decimal places. 1 lot is 100,000 units of a currency. If you prefer to open smaller positions, you can choose to trade either mini lots (10,000 units) or even micro lots (1000 lots).

To get accurate profit calculations from our Profit Calculator, you'll need a few bits of key data:

  • the currency pair your trading
  • the entry and exit prices of your trade
  • the size of your trade in lots

Additionally, knowing your account's base currency, leverage, and any relevant fees or spreads will help to determine the net profit from a trade.

While most markets will be open Monday to Friday each week, certain exchanges, instruments or markets may be affected by national holidays, special days, or other events. Our Trading Schedule will keep you updated with any scheduled temporary closures.
