FXTM Rewards is our loyalty programme for active traders. Every qualifying trade on live, eligible accounts earns Tier Points, which move you up the tiers; and Reward Points, which you redeem for cash. The more you trade, the more you earn.
No. You need to activate loyalty which gives you access to FXTM Rewards. Log in to your account, go to Hub>Loyalty & Bonuses>Rewards and tap on ‘Activate loyalty’.
Rewards are earned on Rewards Plus, Rewards and Advantage accounts. Rewards Plus earns up to 3X Reward Points and Rewards earn up to 2X and Advantage earns the standard rate.
You earn Tier Points on trading volume and the amount varies by instrument traded. Depending on your account, you can earn up to three times the Tier Points per trade. Reward Points are calculated from your Tier Points and your tier multiplier. The higher your tier, the more you earn from the same trade.
You redeem Reward Points for cash from Bronze tier. 500 Reward Points equal $1. Redeemed funds credit instantly to your trading account, and you can withdraw them or trade with them.
Yes. Reward Points are valid for three months from the date you earn them, then they expire. Tier Points reset every 12 months, and your tier status carries over based on the previous year's trading.
