An account statement provides a detailed summary of your trading activity, including closed positions, deposits, withdrawals, and overall balance changes. You can easily generate and save your account statement in MetaTrader using the steps below.
On MetaTrader Desktop
- Open the Terminal window (press Ctrl+T or select it from the View menu).
- Click on the Account History tab.
- Right-click anywhere in the tab and choose one of the following options:
- All History – shows all transactions.
- Last 3 Months or Last Month – for quick filters.
- Custom Period – set specific dates.
- To save your statement:
- Right-click and select Save as Report or Save as Detailed Report.
- The file will be saved in HTML format, which you can open in any browser or convert to PDF.
On MetaTrader Mobile (iOS & Android)
MetaTrader mobile apps do not provide a direct “Save as Report” option. However, you can:
- Go to the History tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Apply filters for the desired period.
- Take screenshots of the history.
