Once you have registered for an account you will have access to your FXTM Account.
From within the FXTM Account, on mobile or web, you will be able to create a Live trading account.
- Login to your FXTM Account > Click Profile > Accounts > Set up additional Trading Account
- Select account type: Advantage or Advantage Plus
- Select account currency and leverage
- If you select an MT4 trading account, you will be asked to create a trading account password.
If you select an MT5 you will be able to create a trading account password after account creation by clicking on the account number > Create MT password.
Note:
You can only register one FXTM account, however, you have the flexibility to open up to a maximum of 10 live trading accounts. You can manage all your trading accounts from the Profile Account Section.
What are Trading Account password requirements?
The Trading account password should:
- Include 8 - 15 characters.
- Consists of both UPPER and lowercase characters.
- Include at least one number.
- Include at least one special character.
- Example: XsswbE2Qg!
What currency can I open a Trading account in?
We offer Trading accounts in the following currencies: USD, GBP, EUR. For clients residing in the United Arab Emirates, we offer AED-denominated accounts. For clients residing in Nigeria, we offer NGN-denominated accounts.
Can I change my Trading account currency, type or leverage?
Once you have created a Trading account in a specific currency, you are not able to change the account type or currency. You can, however, always open a new Trading account and select a different account type and currency.
Can I change my Trading account leverage?
You are able to change the leverage on your accounts, as long as you have no open positions on the trading account. See more information on how to this here.
