If you've forgotten your FXTM password, you can reset your password here. And follow these steps:
- Enter your registered email address and click on 'Confirm email'.
- A four-digit code will be sent to your email address, enter this code into the fields provided
- Create a new password.
Tip: Choose a strong and memorable password. Keep it in a safe place and don't give it to any third parties. FXTM will never ask for your password in communications.
Your password should:
- Include at least 8 characters
- Consists of both UPPER and lowercase characters.
- Include at least one number.
- Include at least one special character.

Important After you update your password or security code, you will not be able to make a withdrawal for 4 hours. This is a safety feature to protect your funds.
