Our payment guidelines ensure that the methods used for deposits and withdrawals are consistent. For credit cards and Crypto, clients must withdraw funds using the same method they used for the deposit. Once the initial deposit has been returned to the original payment method, profits can be withdrawn by any other available method.
Can I withdraw using a different method than my deposit?
Typically, withdrawals must be processed back to the original method of deposit. However, exceptions can be made if the original deposit method is no longer available or in special circumstances as determined by our company. For example, if a client used a credit card that has since expired, they may choose an alternative method available within our platform for withdrawals.
