Incorrect details

If login details are entered incorrectly, you will receive an "Incorrect Email or Password" error message. Try to enter your login details again. Make sure that Caps Lock is not enabled and the language is set to English.

If you've forgotten your password or are unable to log in, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset it. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

Important: If you enter an incorrect password 5 times, your account will be temporarily locked for security reasons. You will need to wait 24 hours before trying it again, or reset your password if you forget it.
