Verifying your FXTM account is a crucial step to ensure that your trading experience is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements. Follow these simple steps to complete the verification process and begin your trading journey with us.

You will be asked to supply your documents to us when completing our registration process. You will not be able to open a trading account or make a deposit with us until this step is completed.

You will also be able to see your verification status and provide us documents via your profile section. Click on your profile and select ‘Verification’. You will be shown what information is still required.

      1. In the verification section, you will be prompted to select your country of residence and the type of documents you wish to upload. This could be a government-issued ID, passport, or utility bill for proof of residence. It's important to ensure that the documents are valid and clearly visible.
      2. When you're ready to upload your documents, click on the "Upload the document" box. A window will appear allowing you to browse and select the necessary files. Double-check that the scanned images are clear and all information is readable.

Note: You can check the example of documents that we accept -  Documents required for account verification

      1. Submit Proof of Identity and Proof of Residence and click the "Next" button to submit your documents for review. FXTM typically processes verification documents promptly, but it may take some time during peak periods.

You can check your Verification Status on FXTM Home page > Profile > Verification page.
