Understanding Client Reports
The Client Reports section in the Partner Portal provides valuable insights to help you better engage with your clients and optimize your commission earnings. You’ll find three types of reports under the My Client tab:
1. Client Performance
Track your clients’ trading activity with key metrics such as:
- Net deposits on trading accounts
- Rebates accrued
- Notional turnover
- Lots traded
2. Client Insights
Get a detailed overview of each client’s account status:
- Balance and equity
- Settled and unsettled rebates
- First and last deposit dates
- Last activity date
3. Client Referral Details
Understand how clients were referred to evaluate your marketing efforts:
- Referral ID
- Sub-ID tags used during registration
🔍 How to Use Filters
You can view data across all clients or focus on specific individuals using the following filters:
- Statistic Period – Choose the timeframe for trading activity
- Client Registration Date
- Last Activity Date
- Partner ID
- Client External ID
- Client Referral Status
💡 Tip: By default, the report shows data for the current month only. Adjust filters as needed to explore other timeframes.
