Making an internal transfer allows you to move funds between your trading accounts. Please note that the Internal Transfer option will be visible only if you have more than one trading account. To make an internal transfer, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your FXTM account.
- Click on ‘Funds’ in the top left corner and select ‘Internal Transfer’.
- Ensure that you’re in the account you would like to move your funds from. This can be seen at the top of your screen.
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer.
- Select the trading account you would like to move funds to.
- Select ‘Confirm Internal transfer’. Your funds will be transferred to your desired trading account instantly.
Note:
- You can only have one active crypto wallet address at a time. Clicking the Update button removes the old wallet and restarts the binding process.
- If the updated wallet has not been used for a successful withdrawal before, the transaction will be manually reviewed.
