This article will provide a comprehensive overview of a commission that will charge a flat 3$/€/£ or 5,000₦ transaction fee for any deposit or withdrawal less than 30$/€/£ or 50,000₦.

A flat $3 (or NGN5,000 for transactions in Naira) commission will be charged for any deposit or withdrawal below $30 or equivalent (NGN 50,000). However, deposits or withdrawals exceeding $30 will not be subject to this fee.

Note: Fee is not applied to Internal transfers. No matter how much you transfer between your trading accounts and wallets, there's no fee for internal transfers.

The notification in the Profile area will warn you if your deposit is to be charged with a fee. You will have a choice to proceed and be charged a fee or go one step back and amend the transaction amount.

How the Low Transaction Fee is charged on Deposits

If your deposit is under $30 and you choose to proceed after receiving the notification pop-up, the fee will be taken from the deposited amount. Once the deposit is completed, you'll see an entry on the Transactions History page in your Dashboard once the deposit is settled to the account.

How the Low Transaction Fee is charged on Withdrawals

When making a withdrawal of less than $30, ensure your balance can cover the low transaction fee. For instance, if you want to withdraw $10, make sure you have $13 in your free margin before initiating the withdrawal. You'll see an extra entry on the Transactions History page in your Dashboard once the withdrawal is taken from the account.

      Note:

Important Note: a low transaction fee is added over any fee charged by the payment method selected.
